Alsace, FranceMineral, peach skin, green apple, baked pear and slate nose. Dry, round, elegant structure with slightly soft acidity but quite balanced. Green apple, citrus, earthy slate flavours up front with a crisp peach, lime rind finish. Very attractive, solid style and an improvement in fruit over the 2000 vintage.
