Lotusland Pinot Noir 2001

Fraser Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSpicy, cedar, olive nose with streaks of rhubarb and resin that is surprisingly pinot like. In the mouth it is dry and somewhat acidic with very oaky, resiny, spicy, rhubarb flavours. Too much wood overpowers the wine fruit and spoils what was a promising start.Tasted: 11 December 2003Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
