Fraser Valley, British Columbia, CanadaStrong, typical spicy sausage meaty aromas mixed with lychee fruit, peach nose and earthy, mineral, floral streaks. Quite dry and a bit warm on the palate with big mineral, spicy, sausage, dried lychee and citrus rind flavours. Quite crisp and dry on the finish.
