Domenico di Bertiol Prosecco di Conegliano NV
Veneto, ItalyBy Italian law, Prosecco may be still, crackling or fully sparkling. This ancient Roman varietal can produce wines that are either sweet or dry. It's made almost entirely from the ancient prosecco grape with a touch of verdiso. Look for a peaches and cream nose with a hint of fresh bread. The textures are light and round with more mineral citrus nut flavours. Add peach syrup to make great Bellinis.Tasted: 05 December 2003Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:BC | $17.75 | 750ml | Specialty |
