Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, Penedès, Catalunya (Catalonia Cataluña), SpainSpicy baked apple and nut aromas. Much finer mousse in the mouth than most wines at this price. Look for an elegant, nutty, toasted floral character and a wine that is wound up tighter than its non-chardonnay competitors. That said it still has Cava written all over it.
