South Australia, AustraliaSouth Australia's Riverland region is bullish on the 2002 vintage and Angove's is similarly jacked about its Nanya Vineyard fruit that makes up most of this cabernet. Small additions of fruit from the cooler Padthaway and Wrattonbully regions round out the blend. Look for a juicy fruit red with peppery blackcurrants fruit and a touch of herbal mint in the aftertaste. Sweet ripe savoury fruit dominates the mid-palate and finish as well as a dose of acidity.
