Valle del Rapel, Region del Valle Central, ChileThis all stainless steel fermented wine has an intense fruity lime rind citrus nose. More li-mon green fruit flavours dominate on the palate. The grapes are picked over a one month period to ensure a mix of both fresh and ripe grapes. The normal 10 to 12 tons per hectare yields were knocked down 25 per cent in 2003.
