Santa Rita Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva 2001
Valle del Maipo, Region del Valle Central, ChileThe Reserva cabernet is all Maipo fruit from 8 to 15 year old vines that is aged in 40 American oak, 40 per cent juice with oak staves and 20 per cent stainless steel fruit. There's a savoury ripe plummy fruit character and less mint than in previous years as the vines begin to mature.
