McLaren Vale, South Australia, AustraliaMade from select parcels of the best estate grown grapes. Look for a spicy, gamey, cherry cola nose with vanilla, liquorice root, cassis jam, and smoke. Ripe, rich and round, it's almost sweet on the palate with big peppery, sandalwood, mocha/vanilla toast flavours and lots of cherry jam, and smoky cassis on the finish. Slightly tannic and grainy but with fine elegance and flavours.
