Chateau Mylord Rouge 2001
Bordeaux, FranceSpicy, smoky leather, cassis, cherry and olive aromas with a hint of barnyard mark the nose of this 60/30/10 blend of merlot, cabernet franc and cabernet sauvignon. Soft, round and dry with light tannins. Nice cherry, cassis fruit flavours with cedar, pepper and green olive. Good effort for a lesser Bordeaux. Try with a grilled veal chop.Tasted: 09 November 2003Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $17.99 | 750ml | Speculative - Reichel-Waldorf |
