Calliope Merlot - Cabernet Sauvignon 2001
Osoyoos, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaVery spicy, peppery, resiny, cassis leaf aromas with some vanilla. Dry, round, elegant style with vanilla, smoky butter and resiny flavours streaked with peppery, tobacco and a touch of cassis. Quite Bordelais and balanced but could use a bit more fruit.
