Barossa Valley, South Australia, AustraliaPeppery, minty eucalyptus, spicy, blackberry and boysenberry jam aromas with lots of vanilla, gamey, waxy floral notes. Rich, round and elegant with soft tannins and a touch of acidity. Big plum jam, stewed cherry, peppery, earthy, chocolate, vanilla flavours with a hint of eucalyptus.
