Valentin Bianchi Cabernet Sauvignon 2001
San Rafael, General Alvear, Southern Region, Mendoza, ArgentinaEarthy smoky leather barnyard pruny nose. Soft sand round on entry but with a dry chewy mid-palate. The tannins are soft and fruit is ripe with a smoky coffee tobacco aftertaste. Dry and full flavoured it does a god job of reflecting its origin.Tasted: 16 September 2003Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:BC | $24.95 | 750ml | Speculative - Delf Group |
