Fiddletown, Amador County, Sierra Foothills, California, United StatesLook for a huge nose of fresh black pepper, orange peel and black berry jam aromas with a touch of earth, licorice and raspberry. Rich, ripe and round with some dry, astringent tannins. Elegant but quite warm and chewy with very spicy, peppery, liquorice root flavours and a black cherry black berry fruit finish.
