Mendoza, ArgentinaBoheme is made with grapes that have been harvested at the family property in Luján de Cuyo since 1901. A part of the wine is fermented and then matured in French oak casks. It is then aged for 2 years in contact with its yeasts. Finally the expedition liqueur using family reserve wines is added. Look for a fine mousse, a fresh yeasty nose with citrus and almond flavours.
