Clare Valley, South Australia, AustraliaLicorice root, garrigue, plummy, smoky, coffee vanilla aromas with black pepper and meaty notes. Very rich, unctuous, concentrated palate with some big but dry, fine tannins. Intense vanilla, coffee, smoky blackberry jam and mocha flavours with lifted acidity on the finish.
