Valdivieso Caballo Loco No. 6 "V" NV
Region del Valle Central, ChileSpicy, cedar, sandalwood nose streaked with vanilla, cassis jam, coffee and blackberry notes. Very round, silky, sleek and balanced with a touch of alcohol on the finish. The flavours are ripe and jammy with more coffee, cassis, vanilla and a touch of licorice on the finish. It's still slightly tannic but this will dissipate as the wine improves over the next five years.
