Piedra Feliz Pinot Noir 2001

Valle de Casablanca, Region de Aconcagua, ChileThis elegant, fruity pinot Noir was harvested by hand only 20 km from the Pacific Ocean. Look for a spicy rootsy minty bramble celery nose with black cherry flecks in the background. The entry is smooth with smoky licorice black cherry fruit flavours on the mid-palate and throughout the finish. Quite rich with lots of texture on the palate and a creamy finish. A big blockbuster style pinot with fine palate weight and elegance in essence revealing the hand of both partners.Tasted: 08 July 2003Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
