La Chamiza Torrontés 2001
Mendoza, ArgentinaIntense floral nose with a strong perfume character. Dry light, citrus, floral fruit flavours with an apple skin aftertaste. Good acidity and not too dry. Think gewürztraminer with more perfume and less lychee. We think prawns and Pernod would be a fine match and the price is a steal.Tasted: 01 July 2003Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $6.95 | 750ml | Specialty |
