Pierre Sparr Alsace One 2001
Alsace, FranceOpen spicy ripe red apple nose with peach and floral highlights. Very attractive. Mineral apple skin green peach flavours and just a hint of butter in the finish. Fine acidity in what is a well-balanced, summer wine. Scallops or a chicken summer salad would be a good match here.Tasted: 07 June 2003Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $17.90 | 750ml | Specialty |
