Russian River, Sonoma County, California, United StatesA nice step up from the 2000 this ripe pear, quince, red apple, mineral chardonnay with the floral, butter lees aromas is a big winner. Despite being ripe, round and slightly richer than the 2000 it has elegance too. Big red apple, honey, buttery spicy lees, baked pear and melon flavours.
