Look for gamy meaty big barnyard aromas mixed with smoke and tea and lots of black cherry. The entry is chock full of obvious ripe, black cherry fruit flavours and plenty of the Santa Maria acidity. A big time smoky vanilla and licorice character runs throughout and the finish is long.
