Hawkes Bay, North Island, New ZealandBig passion fruit leafy character mixed with big time herbal/bell pepper and mint. Intense citrus rind and bell pepper flavours with asparagus and a pleasing, limey, crisp finish. Balance is fine but you have to be a fan of the herbal side.
