Sud-Ouest, FranceFresh mineral, green apple skin nose. Tart lime and lemon flavours with a very crisp finish. The polar opposite of the now defunct heavily-oaked, white wine and a welcomed addition to the mix. Serves as aperitif with creamy goat cheese or with alongside fresh shucked oysters.
