Columbia Valley, Washington, United StatesVery spicy, vanilla, black cherry, blackberry, coffee and black pepper aromas with hints of green bean and mint. Rich and concentrated with very peppery, spicy, vanilla cola, licorice, black cherry jam flavours and a cherry licorice cedary finish. Somewhat tight, grainy astringent tannins indicate this will need a minimum of 3 to 5 years to mature but worth a try.
