Savigny-lès-Beaune, Côte de Beaune, Côte d'Or, Burgundy, FranceMinty barnyard carrot top with a touch of orange spice. Dry with cedar bark flavours but much better structure and elegance with cherry spice streaks in the finish. It has round, Burgundy -like flavours that are to be applauded.
