Bouchard Aîné & Fils Echezeaux Grand Cru Cuvée Signature 2001
Echezeaux, Côtes de Nuits, Côte d'Or, Burgundy, FranceOpen oak toast and cardamom nose with barnyard and cherry jam underneath. It's fairly firm on entry with elegant, vanilla, cherry spicy flavours but not much after. The finish is short and dry with more cedar bark flavouring.
