Douro Superior, Douro Valley, Northern Portugal, PortugalOpen smoky mesquite and black plum nose with pepper and smoke throughout the finish. Rich smoky licorice fruit assaults the palate with pepper and a definite pruny/port tea flavours but without the corresponding alcohol.
