South Eastern Australia, AustraliaThey say 2001 was a difficult year in South Australia and this mostly Coonawarra-based cabernet reflects the situation. Look for a green bean and roasted coffee herbal nose with a touch of compost in the finish. The flavours are cassis fruit mixed with coffee toffee and a touch of earth.
