Langhe, Cuneo, Piedmont, ItalyThe Sito Moresco is a blend of 35 nebbiolo/35 merlot/30 cabernet sauvignon. Look for a spicy, vanilla, barnyard nose with leather, prune and cherry jam aromas laced with mint and orange rind. Dry, lean, and somewhat tannic structure with some elegance, a Gaja hallmark. Peppery, spicy, smoky, prune, vanilla and cherry flavours. Definitely Piedmont with a tough finish. Needs at least five years for mature drinking.
