Langhe, Cuneo, Piedmont, ItalyCherry jam, smoky leather, licorice spicy barnyard aromas. Rich and concentrated but with hard dry tannins and elevated acidity. Very peppery, dry earth, spicy, dried cherry flavours. A bit chewy and chunky on the finish with more earthy flavours than fruit.
