Sonoma County, California, United StatesVibrant spicy olive and cherry aromas flecked with game and vanilla. It is ripe, rich and moderately tannic on the palate with more spice, green olive, pepper, black cherry and orange peel flavours. Quite long and warm with a resiny, herbal finish. Fine structure here but again another two to three years is required to soften up the tannins.
