Sonoma Coast, Sonoma County, California, United StatesPrimarily Sonoma Carneros, Sonoma Valley and Russian River Valley fruit gives this stylish chardonnay a citrus/baked apple, melon, peach and spicy vanilla lees nose. Similar ripe flavours with more baked apple, spicy, creamy vanilla and lees flavours with a peach, mineral, citrus finish. Quite a creamy, oily texture with better balance, less apparent alcohol and better acidity balance than the Grand Reserve.
