Arroyo Seco, Monterey County, Central Coast, California, United StatesThe heart of this wine is the Dijon and Rued Chardonnay clones that spend 10 months in 100 per cent French oak of which 34 per cent is new. Floral, citrus, honey, baked apple, vanilla cream and mineral aromas waft out of the glass. Ripe and round with big spicy, citrus, floral, mango, peaches and cream flavours and a creamy, vanilla orange finish. Elegant, crisp and long with a spicy, lees aftertaste.
