Nambrot 2000
Tuscany, ItalySpicy clove licorice cherry aromas all laced up in a reserved Italian style nose. There is an elegant entry, firm mid-palate and tight finish. Gobs of dry Tuscan tannins at this point that will disappoint those who would prefer to drink the wine now. Ageing is the only hope but at $90 plus dollars it could be a risk.Tasted: 18 January 2003Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:AB | $94.95 | 750ml | fine wine shops |
