De Bortoli Black Noble NV
AustraliaThe Black Noble is made from botrytised sémillon fermented and aged in solera barrels for 12 months and fortified with brandy. The average age of blend is about ten years. Look for a toffee, rancio, buttery nose mixed with leafy, dried apricot slightly resiny aromas. Rich, round and intense with stewed apricot, roasted walnut, spicy, buttery flavours with a long roasted, rancio, coffee marmalade finish. Very unique and highly enjoyable.
