Sonoma County, California, United StatesCool smoky, peppery, resiny, black cherry aromas with light licorice, vanilla and olive streaks. The structure is round and elegant with light, dry, cedar tannins but it finishes somewhat dry with lean peppery, spicy, orange rind and herbal flavours. Definitely Euro style and will require food to best compliment the structure.
