South Australia, AustraliaSpicy oak and vanilla dominate the nose with streaks of creamy baked apple fruit and citrus skin. Quite a dry style for Blass (and much welcomed) with creamy nutty yeasty lees flavours with a touch of smoke salty and vanilla.
