Somontano, Aragon, SpainThe grapes are cold macerated before tank fermentation with an additional touch of barrel fermented juice in the final blend. Smoky mineral lees nectarine and citrus flavours with a touch of canned fruit cocktail. If Spain's going to make cheap chardonnay this might be it. Serve with most light seafood dishes.
