Champagne Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut Mini NV

Champagne, FranceThe Brut Impérial served with a straw is the "mini" format. It's both fun and serious. It has a light, consistent, fine mousse that reflects its smooth blend of chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier. Considered a fruity style sparkler by Moet it mixes bread dough and green-apple/lime aromas with quite a soft, creamy, fruity finish. It's well-balanced and can be readily drunk as an aperitif through dessert.
