Dry Creek Valley, Sonoma County, California, United StatesThe 97 Frei is all cabernet sauvignon and all Dry Creek. It's a monster red with a warm alcoholic sheen. Look for fairly big tannins dense structure and smoky, spicy, peppery fruit. The finish is still relatively youthful flecked with dry, vanilla and oak toast flavours.
