Burgundy, FranceSpicy peppery, black cherry, toasty oak with earthy, barnyard notes and roasted beets. A bit dryer, leaner and more tannic wine than Santenots with a touch more acidity. Earthy, spicy, vanilla, peppery dark berry fruit flavours. A bigger, chewier somewhat New World style that definitely needs 3-5 years to round out.
