Wolf Blass Yellow Label Cabernet Sauvignon 2001
South Australia, AustraliaLess oak more jammy fruit and pepper highlights. Soft fresh juicy fruit with a touch of dry tannins in the finish. A touch dry and acidic but hundreds of thousands would disagree. Solid if unspectacular and it's gone up another dollar this year.
