Valdivieso Caballo Loco No. 5 "V" NV
Region del Valle Central, ChileTasted twice this year and bottle number two is coming around. The nose is opening up showing the sweaty saddle and prune cherry character of the previous edition with just a hint of cedar and spice. It is still elegant in structure with spicy sour back cherry, leather and smoke with good acidity.
