Carneros, Napa Valley, California, United StatesTight nose with hints of spicy cherry celery orange rind and barnyard. Elegant and round on the palate very peppery and smoky in the aftertaste. Mid-weight pinot in the mouth with a modicum of dry tannins that should fall away over the next year. Good effort.
