South Australia, AustraliaBig, bread dough, yeasty nose with citrus, peach and vanilla characters. Less oak than we've become accustomed to and definitely more elegant. The flavours are citrus and mineral focussed and drier than normal. Very young at this point and could use more time in the bottle.
