Douro Valley, Northern Portugal, PortugalSpicy, peppery, vanilla oak toast nose with cherry jam, licorice, sweaty leather and gamey notes. Elegant, round and dry with soft tannins. Very spicy, cedar, vanilla, cherry and licorice flavours. A bit tight and dry in the finish but stylish and drinkable especially if accompanied with food.
