Minervois, Languedoc, Sud de France, FranceMade from 50 percent carignan, 30 percent syrah and 20 percent grenache. Very good cherry purple colour. Earthy, raspberry jam, spicy, mushroom, pepper and green bean aromas. Moderately weighty palate with very earthy, spicy, peppery, hot, licorice and raspberry jam flavours. A touch of carbonic character picks up the fruit.
