Valle del Rapel, Region del Valle Central, ChileMeaty sausage aromas off the top with blackberry jam and coffee grounds. Ripe round chocolate and plum flavours with a smoky gamy finish. It's warm (alcoholic) but this is a great summer barbecue red. Inexpensive and perfect for spare ribs slathered with your favourite sauce.
