Chateau Clerc Milon 1998

Bordeaux, FranceSweaty, ripe blackberry, cherry aromas with waxy, tobacco, cassis and coffee, vanilla aromas. Somewhat bigger, riper and more intense than d'Armailhac, has ripe cassis, coffee, smoky leather, earthy, pepper flavours. Very balanced, not big mid palate but will age 5-7 years for optimal drinking. Good terroir intensity with slightly green tannin finish.
